Private Offline Retreats · India
CollabTrail Retreats exist in the space between your busiest day and your clearest decision. Application-only. Twelve people. India's most extraordinary landscapes.
What We Are
CollabTrail Retreats gather 12 rigorously curated Indian entrepreneurs in some of India's most compelling landscapes. No agenda, no panels, no structured outcomes. What emerges from focused time with exceptional people in exceptional places consistently surprises everyone present.
The Principles
We turn down more applications than we accept. Not from pride — from conviction. The quality of the room is the single thing we can control that matters most.
The Ghats, the desert, the high Himalayas — each produces a different quality of attention. We choose locations because of what they do, not how they photograph.
There is no agenda until morning. What emerges from unstructured time with excellent people in extraordinary places is better than anything we could have planned.
We create conditions where the pull toward devices simply isn't there. Not rules, not confiscation — environment. It's a harder thing to design, and a far more effective one.
Twelve people is deliberate. The quality of conversation at twelve is categorically different from the quality of conversation at a hundred. We chose that difference consciously.
Alumni consistently trace specific decisions, partnerships, and perspective shifts to what started at a retreat. The three days end. What they produce doesn't. That's the design.

Real decisions aren't made in haste. They are made in the quiet that follows the noise — when the noise has finally been left behind.CollabTrail — on the conditions that change thinking
